Wir helfen unseren Kunden, ihre komplexen Daten und Strukturen besser zu verstehen und für sich zu nutzen. Dazu entwickeln wir individuelle Softwareanwendungen mit dem Fokus interaktiver, ganzheitlicher Datenvisualisierungen - beyond Dashboards.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du initiierst, planst und koordinierst kurz- und langfristige Projekte
- Du definierst und dokumentierst Anforderungen
- Du entwickelst Lösungskonzepte
- Du strukturierst und organisierst komplexe Aufgaben
- Du arbeitest eng im Team und mit Kund:innen zusammen
- Du entwickelst mit dem Team Lösungsansätze zur visuellen Darstellung von komplexen Daten und Prozessen
- Du bewertest Visualisierungen und User Interfaces hinsichtlich Usability

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich (IT-)Projektmanagement
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Übersetzung von Daten in grafische Darstellungen
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Data Analytics
- Du bist technologieaffin und hast hohe Ansprüche an Usability
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden und -werkzeugen sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative mit
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Master-Studium (oder äquivalent) mit technischem Hintergrund
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Kundenwünsche
- Du denkst analytisch und lösungsorientiert
- Du bringst sichere Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1 Level) mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
