Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie bearbeiten alle eingehenden Kundenanrufe und bearbeiten Reklamationen in enger Abstimmung mit der Produktion
- Sie führen kundenspezifische Tätigkeiten durch, wie zum Beispiel Replenishment, Koordination von Aktionen wie Produktneueinführungen und Konfektionieraufträgen
- Sie bereiten Leistungszahlen, Reports und Statistiken auf, sowohl intern als auch extern
- Sie nehmen Aufträge an, erfassen und bearbeiten diese im EDV-System, nach
- Sie pflegen die Kunden-, Produkt-, Empfänger- und Speditionsstammdaten im System
- Sie kontrollieren die Bestände und melden proaktiv an den Kunden und begleiten deren Inventur
- Sie stimmen sich eng mit der Produktion in Bezug auf Bearbeitungsstand, Bestände, KPIs etc. ab und melden proaktiv an den Kunden
- Sie stimmen sich eng mit dem Teamleiter und dem Key-Account Manager Reckitt Benckiser ab und informieren diese Funktionsstellen proaktiv

Ihr Profil
- Sie besitzen gute Logistikkenntnisse oder Pharmakenntnisse auf Basis einer Ausbildung oder einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Sie zeigen eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
- Sie möchten sich schulen, indem sie offen für unsere Telefontrainings und Produktschulungen sind
- Sie beherrschen das Lagerverwaltungssystem und das kaufmännische System Sage
- Sie haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Kundenservice und können hier offen, sowie proaktiv kommunizieren
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und in Windows-Betriebssystemen
- Sie verfügen über sichere Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
