Was erwartet dich?
- Du beschreibst Marktanforderungen für Neu- und Weiterentwicklungen von Energie- und Bahnstromanlagen unter Berücksichtigung von Markttrends und des Wettbewerbs
- Du erstellst Spezifikationen für Entwicklungsprojekte und Produktdokumentationen sowie führst regelmäßige Projektreviews zur Zielerreichung durch
- Du erarbeitest Businesspläne für Produktneu- und Produktweiterentwicklungen sowie das dazugehörige Entwicklungsbudget
- Du unterstützt den Vertrieb bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Präsentationen des unternehmensinternen Portfolios
- Du bietest technische Unterstützung im Rahmen von Angebotsverhandlungen zu Lösungen im Bereich der DC-Anlagentechnik
- Du präsentierst das Produktportfolio auf bundesweiten Messen und nimmst an relevanten Konferenzen teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik/Energietechnik, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie das Interesse, dich in technisch anspruchsvolle Themen einzuarbeiten
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich von Bahnschalt- und Energieversorgungsanlagen
- Du hast sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie wünschenswerte Kenntnisse in SAP
- Du hast eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist bereit zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (ca. 20%)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
