Wen wir suchen
- Du erarbeitest in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams operative und strategische Lösungen für HR-Projekte und Fragestellungen.
- Du unterstützt das People & Culture Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft bei allen Themen rund um den gesamten Recruitment-Funnel, den Bewerbungszyklus und Onboarding-Prozess.
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für den Bereich Active Sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter), um potenzielle Kandidaten zu identifizieren und anzusprechen.
- Du unterstützt bei der Koordination und Planung von Bewerbungsgesprächen und der Kommunikation mit Kandidaten und führst teilweise eigenständig Bewerbungsgespräche durch.
- Im Bereich Hochschulmarketing unterstützt du bei der Organisation von Karrieremessen und Workshops an verschiedenen Hochschulen und bringst deine Ideen für unser Employer Branding ein, um erstklassige Talente zu gewinnen.
- Du arbeitest mit bei Marktanalysen, Recherchen und Auswertungen zur Unterstützung von Rekrutierungsstrategien und HR-Projekten und treibst deine Workstreams eigenständig voran.

Was du mitbringst
- Du studierst derzeit Psychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eine verwandte Fachrichtung mit ausgezeichneten Leistungen (Masterstudium ist von Vorteil).
- Du hast starkes Interesse an People Themen sowie erste relevante Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich (z.B. im Rahmen eines Praktikums).
- Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und verfügst über präzise und strukturierte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Du bist bereit, im Team zu arbeiten, hast ein stark serviceorientiertes Mindset und bist dir der Notwendigkeit von Diskretion im HR-Team bewusst.
- Du hast Freude an der Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team und einem internationalen Umfeld.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
