Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt uns beim administrativen Teil unserer Tätigkeiten im Qualitätsmanagement
- Nach guter Einarbeitung übernimmst Du auch eigenständige operative Tätigkeiten
- Du führst selbständig die Aufbereitung sowie Pflege der quartalsweisen QA-Reports durch
- Du hast im Blick, dass sowohl die QA als auch alle anderen Abteilungen ihre Aufgaben in unsren elektronischen Systemen zeitgerecht erledigen
- Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen und bekommst Einblicke in die Tätigkeiten einer Vertriebsniederlassung
- Je nach Deiner Motivation können Deine Tätigkeitsfelder angepasst und vertieft werden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du befindest Dich aktuell in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Studium, z.B. Biologie, Pharmazie, Chemie, etc.
- Idealerweise bringst Du erste Praxiserfahrungen durch andere Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Praktika mit und hast idealerweise bereits im Bereich Pharma/Gesundheitswesen gearbeitet
- Du hast eine analytische Denkweise und hohe Affinität zu unterschiedlichen elektronischen Systemen
- Du bist zuverlässig und leistungsorientiert und hast Spaß daran, neue Dinge zu lernen
- Dein strukturierter, selbständiger und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil zeichnet Dich aus
- Du bringst sehr gute Excel- und Powerpoint Kenntnisse mit
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- (C2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
