Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Unterstützung der Endbenutzer:innen auf Level 1 und 2 bei der Lösung von IT-Problemen
- Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb von Windows 10/11 und Microsoft 365 (einschließlich Office 365, Teams, OneDrive)
- Du verwaltest Benutzerkonten im Active Directory
- Du kommunizierst effektiv mit dem internen Team, um technische Sachverhalte zu erklären und Lösungen bereitzustellen
- Du zeigst Selbstständigkeit in effektivem Reporting und der Priorisierung von Aufgaben gemäß SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Du treibst kontinuierlich die Verbesserung der IT-Services durch innovative Ideen und proaktive Lösungsansätze voran

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder persönliche Hingabe und Leidenschaft für IT-Themen; daher bist du als Berufseinsteiger:in und Quereinsteiger:in gleichermaßen willkommen
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen, insbesondere Windows 10/11, und Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, einschließlich Office 365, Teams und OneDrive
- Du hast ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Active Directory zur Benutzerverwaltung und Gruppenrichtlinien
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik, Infrastruktur sowie Erfahrung mit VMware und Windows Server. Grundkenntnisse in SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Oracle Fusion, SAP B1 und IBM Aspera sind ebenfalls von Vorteil
- Du bist teamfähig, arbeitest selbstständig und hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift und hast ein Sicherheitsbewusstsein sowie Verständnis grundlegender IT-Sicherheitskonzepte

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
