- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung des gesamten Inventory Managements, inklusive des aktiven Lieferzeiten Managements
- Du bist die verantwortliche Schnittstelle zum Fulfillment Lager, sicherst eine reibungslose ganzheitliche Auftragsabwicklung und gibst Rechnungen frei
- Du bist die verantwortliche Schnittstelle zu unseren Logistikdienstleistern
- Du administrierst, überprüfst und wickelst die Retouren ab
- Du stellst ein herausragendes Einkaufserlebnis für unsere Kund:innen sicher
- Du leitest die Customer Service Abteilung mit bis zu 3-6 Mitarbeitenden
- Du strukturierst, analysierst kontinuierlich und optimierst interne Prozesse
- Du bearbeitest die Schnittstellen unseres Warenwirtschaftssystems und überwachst laufend die IT-Systeme
- Du führst IT-Projekte und erstellst sowie kommentierst regelmäßige Reports & Analysen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem B2B Team zusammen, inklusive der Abwicklung der B2B Bestellungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine hohe Begeisterung rund um das Thema sinnvolle Beschäftigung und Förderung von Kindern, kreatives Spielen, Fantasieförderung und Bewegung
- Du hast mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im Operations Management, idealerweise im E-Commerce
- Du besitzt Team-Führungskompetenzen und hast bereits kleinere Teams (in einem virtuellen Arbeitsumfeld) geführt
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen (ERP Light) von Vorteil
- Du hast sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest kunden- und serviceorientiert, bist einsatzbereit, teamfähig und kommunikationsgeschickt

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
