Als zukünftiger Senior Event Manager (m/w/d) bildest du das Herzstück unserer dynamischen Projekte. Hier wirst du nicht nur innovative und eindrucksvolle Eventkonzepte entwickeln, sondern auch deren Umsetzung aktiv gestalten und leiten. In deiner Rolle als Berater und Koordinator stehst du im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kunden sowie internen und externen Partnern, um immer wieder neue Maßstäbe in der Eventbranche zu setzen.

- Du bist Berater und Ansprechpartner für den Kunden und arbeitest eng mit unseren Partnern und Lieferanten zusammen
- Du entwickelst federführend neue, kreative und innovative Eventkonzepte
- Du bist eigenverantwortlich für das Projektmanagement und wirst dabei von unseren Spezialisten intensiv unterstützt
- Du bringst Deine Ideen und Deine umfangreiche Erfahrung mit ein und hilfst uns dadurch noch besser zu werden
- Du steuerst verantwortungsbewusst Deine Projekte und dazugehörige Projektbeteiligte
- Auch vor Ort hast Du die Übersicht und sorgst mit Ruhe und Umsicht für einen erfolgreichen Eventablauf

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Eventmanagement oder einen vergleichbaren Bildungsweg und kannst
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Organisation von Business Events (auf Agentur- oder Kundenseite)
- Du begeisterst dich für die Felder Digitale Marketing- und Eventlösungen und kennst Dich in denen im besten Fall schon aus
- Du kannst mit den gängigen Office-Programmen umgehen, in Neues kannst Du Dich schnell einarbeiten
- Du hast im Idealfall ein technisches Verständnis und kannst Dich auch in neue Themenfelder einarbeiten
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, sowie mit internen und externen Partnern aus unserem Netzwerk zusammen und hast Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden
- Du kümmerst Dich um Deine Projekt-Budgets und arbeitest ziel- und lösungsorientiert
- Du arbeitest grundsätzlich gerne mit Menschen und bist auch gerne unterwegs

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
